During the summer watch for hosted classes in the park and various locations.

I also will travel for recommended classes if there is a minimum of 8-10 participants/students and it is paid in advance.

I am available more days and times for private bookings in the studio. Please contact me to schedule.

I also will schedule a class from a suggested date and time. If you choose this option you may also choose the theme of the class. Theme based classes is focused on a topic or specific area of the body.
